Image Dental & Braces

The staff was very very patient and nice. They all were very helpful. I really love how the Ortho came in to greet us and introduced himself and explained EVERYTHING before the process started. The office was very clean and all the staff had on face masks and they all were washing their hands after every patient. I give them a 10/10!!!

Image Dental told me that three of my teeth needed needed root canals. I did not need a root canal on any of my teeth which was confirmed by two other dentists I went to after I walked out of Images office. I had a cracked wisdom tooth that was very painful. My regular dentist was on vacation so I made an appointment with Image Dental. Their dentist took X-rays and said the cracked tooth had to be pulled He also told me the three teeth next to the wisdom tooth were also bad and I needed root canals on all three teeth. This did not sound right to me so I left to get a second opinion. The second dentist took X-rays and said there was nothing wrong with the three teeth the Image dentist said were bad and wanted to perform root canals on. The second dentist said he could not pull out the wisdom tooth because it was cracked below the gum. He sent me to an oral surgeon who had to cut my gums to remove the cracked wisdom tooth. I told the oral surgeon what the Image dentist about the three teeth next to the bad wisdom tooth needing root canals. He told me all three teeth were perfectly healthy and did not need root canals. So I ended up with two second opinions telling me I did not need root canals on any of my teeth. I am furious.

Disgusting behavior from the Hispanic doctor who pulled my child's two front teeth. During the process, my 5yr old became petrified from the injection given for the anesthesia. It took about 10-15min to calm her down since she was uncontrollably crying and screaming. The doctor after trying to talk to her. Eventually became impatient and turned to me and said "if she doesn't let me pull them you will have to reschedule". Eventually my husband & I calmed her down a bit and held her down. The doctor then proceeded with the extraction. After being done with the pulling he made the remark of telling my 5year old "ALL THAT SCREAMING WAS UNNECESSARY" and walked away!! Like if what she experienced wasn't terrifying enough!!!??? Especially for a small child. I was more concerned about her calming down. Since she was having a panic attack! I had no chance to respond to his IGNORANT & UNPROFESSIONAL comment. And mind you I've been coming here for 5 years and NEVER had a terrible experience with any of the doctors until today.
